Create or Select Your Chatbot

Navigate to your Yardee dashboard and either create a new chatbot or select an existing Sales or Service chatbot you want to connect to HubSpot.

💡 Tip: Make sure your chatbot is configured as either "Sales/Lead Generation" or "Customer Service" type.

Navigate to Integrations

Go to your chatbot's settings page and click on the "Integrations" tab. This is where you'll manage all external connections for your chatbot.

Click "Connect HubSpot"

Find the HubSpot integration card and click the "Connect HubSpot" button. This will initiate the OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.

Authorize with HubSpot

You'll be redirected to HubSpot's authorization page. Log in to your HubSpot account (if not already logged in) and review the permissions Yardee is requesting.

Create or Select Knowledge Base

Navigate to your Yardee dashboard and either create a new Knowledge Base or select an existing one where you want to add HubSpot data as a searchable source.

Go to your Knowledge Base settings and click on the "Data Sources" or "Connections" tab. This is where you manage all the data your AI can access.

You'll be redirected to HubSpot's authorization page. Log in to your HubSpot account and review the read permissions Yardee is requesting.
